We have decided to propose only tasting courses in order to avoid waste and keep prices down by eliminating preparations and surpluses.

The menu displayed remains indicative of the dishes on the menu during the week. It may however vary from day to day depending on the availability or otherwise of raw materials or production that is not sufficient to cover the entire week (or even the mood of those preparing them).

We believe this is the price we pay for being consistent with our choices. Curiosity is indispensable in approaching these routes, which do not have excessive roughness, but still need an open mind.

There you will find ancestral traditions, not taken for granted and always different, unusual techniques and personal nuances.
